Workflow automation
The recurring work nobody has time for, rebuilt as a workflow that runs on its own and is built to alert a person when a run fails.
Intake forms retyped into a spreadsheet. Quotes assembled by hand from the same three documents. Invoices that wait for someone to remember them. None of it is hard, all of it is steady, and it adds up.
- Runs on its own 1. Invoice issued From a finished job, with your terms.
- Runs on its own 2. Reminder at 15 days A polite reminder goes out if it is still unpaid.
- Waits for a person 3. You decide the next step A second reminder or a call, client by client.
- Runs on its own 4. Payment recorded Matched to its invoice and filed.
- Runs on its own
- Waits for a person
- Alerts someone
What is included
- One workflow, built end to end and tested on your real cases
- Plain rules where a rule is enough, an AI step only where judgment helps
- Error alerts built in, designed so a failed run is flagged to a person instead of failing quietly
- Documentation and handover notes written for whoever maintains it next
How it goes
- We agree in writing on what the workflow takes in, what it produces, and what stays manual.
- We build a pilot on a sample of your real cases, and you watch it run.
- We fix what the pilot shows, then switch it on with alerts in place.
- You receive the workflow files and the notes. A monthly retainer is optional.
Price
A fixed price for the scope in the quote. Changes to the scope are quoted before they are done. Third-party accounts the workflow needs are yours and are listed in the quote.
Questions
What does it run on?
We build on n8n in most cases: it is what our own operations run on. AI steps call the AI provider under your own account. n8n stays under its vendor's licence, and where the workflow runs, on whose n8n instance and under whose account, is agreed in the quote before any work starts.
What happens when it breaks?
It is built to alert a person when a run fails. With a retainer, we look into it. Without one, the handover notes say where to look.
Can it handle personal information?
It can. When it does, we tell you in writing, before the build, which data is involved, which providers process it and in which locations. Some providers process data outside Quebec; we tell you which. We use the smallest data that does the job, and the written list is yours to document for your own privacy obligations.
