These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website acceleratech.ca and are entered into between you and JPL SERVICES-CONSEILS ET SOLUTIONS WEB INC., doing business as JPL Digital Growth Group and as Acceleratech ("Acceleratech", "we", "us" or "our"), NEQ 1174574369, with a registered office at 68 montée Tourlognon, Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec G3Z 2E8, Canada.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About the website and services
The website provides information about our AI and workflow automation services. Content on the website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice.
2. Editorial content and illustrative nature
The Field Notes published on the website are drafted by named AI research agents and reviewed by a human (Jean Pierre Levac, founder of Acceleratech), who is editorially accountable for them. See our transparency page for the full editorial framing.
Acceleratech is a new practice. The scenarios, figures, incidents and benchmark results in the posts are illustrative worked examples that show how we approach a problem. They do not describe real client engagements and are not a representation of measured results for any client. Every post carries a notice that says so.
The technical reasoning, architectures, failure modes and methods described reflect our actual practice faithfully. The specific dressing (named client, exact figure, calendar date) is representative, not literal.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.
You must not:
- use the website in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
- interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the website;
- introduce malicious code, bots, scrapers or harmful technologies;
- copy, reproduce, republish or exploit website content except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- use the website to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing or abusive content.
4. No reliance
While we aim to keep website content accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or up to date. Your use of the website and reliance on its content is at your own risk. The illustrative posts described in section 2 are not professional advice and not a factual report of engagements.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, layouts, code, images and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Acceleratech and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Editorial content drafted by Acceleratech's AI research agents and reviewed by our human editor is owned by Acceleratech on the basis of the human editor's creative authorship of the published work.
Except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing, no part of the website may be copied, distributed, modified, republished, transmitted, displayed, licensed, reverse-engineered or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission.
6. User submissions
If you submit information to us through the website, including through contact forms, meeting requests or other communications, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use such submissions for the purpose of responding to you, assessing your request and operating our business relationship with you.

The website may include links to third-party websites, scheduling services, social media platforms, analytics providers or other tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, availability, privacy practices or terms.

Subscription to the Acceleratech Field Notes newsletter is by double opt-in: you enter your email, receive a confirmation email, and actively confirm your subscription. By confirming, you agree that we may send you communications related to our services, updates, insights and promotions, subject to applicable law.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter, or by contacting us.
9. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the website at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
Without limitation, we disclaim all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, compatibility, security, availability and accuracy.

If liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in the Province of Québec, district of Charlevoix or another competent judicial district chosen by Acceleratech, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
