AI workspace setup and training

Anthropic's Claude set up on your own computer, under your own account, organized around the work you repeat, with training until you run it alone.

A chat window answers questions. It does not know your files, your clients or how you write a report, and it can fill a gap with something plausible. A workspace gives it your context, your tools, and rules about what it must not make up.

Example: an AI workspace, from setup to running it alone
  1. Done by us 1. Set up under your account Claude on your own computer, organized around your folders and vocabulary.
  2. Done by us 2. Two or three tools built Around the work you repeat every week.

  4. Runs on its own 4. Your tools do the repeat work You start them; they follow your instructions.

What is included

  • A folder system in your vocabulary, on your machine
  • Standing instructions that describe your business and how you work
  • Two or three tools built for tasks you repeat, such as starting a new client file, writing a report or preparing a quote
  • Guardrails: instructions to mark a missing fact for you to supply instead of inventing one, and a default setting that asks before it writes or changes a file. They reduce invented content; they do not eliminate it
  • A written quick-start guide and hands-on training

How it goes

  1. A discovery conversation settles the two or three workflows that matter and how your files are organized.
  2. We build the workspace and install it on your machine, Windows or Mac.
  3. Training is hands-on, on your real work, at your pace.
  4. Email support on the setup is included for the first 30 days after installation, as set out in your quote. Ongoing help is an optional monthly retainer.

Price

A fixed price for the setup, an hourly rate for training, and an optional flat monthly fee for ongoing help, all quoted in writing. Your Claude subscription is your own and is billed to you by Anthropic.

Questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. The tools are built so the tasks you repeat do not depend on you writing careful prompts, and the hands-on training covers working with it on everything else.

Where do my files go?

Your files are stored on your computer. When Claude works on a task, the content of the files it reads and what you type are sent to Anthropic for processing, under your own account and Anthropic's terms, and that processing can take place outside Quebec. We tell you in writing which folders the workspace can reach and what is sent, so you can decide what belongs in it and document it for your own privacy obligations.

Why my own account?

So the account, the billing and the provider's terms are yours, and your access to Claude does not run through us.

Describe the task

What happens next

  1. A person reads it.
  2. You get a written first read, usually within one business day.
  3. If it is worth doing, a written quote follows.
